  • Look for a sunscreen with at least an SPF 15 that protects against both UVA and UVB rays
  • Reapply sunscreen after sweating or swimming
  • Apply sunscreen about 30 minutes prior to going outside

Along with sunscreen, wearing protective clothing and items like wide-brimmed hats, sunglasses, and clothes with tightly woven fabrics can also protect your skin from the damaging rays of the sun.


Stay Hydrated

This means making sure that you drink plenty of water throughout the day, for being dehydrated can cause your skin to look dull and even accentuate some of your fine lines. Drinking at least 8 glasses of water a day can help flush out toxins from the body and skin.
